Gabi’s Cottage (3 bedrooms, sleeps 6) is nestled in the heart of the Fronton vineyards, 4.5 km from downtown Fronton and its many shops. It’s also 2.4 km from Château de Saint-Sarnin, perfect for your business or family events. Our strategic location between Toulouse and Montauban lets you discover two beautiful southwestern cities, full of sights and activities. Enjoy walks through the vineyards and woods, and relax on the terrace with a barbecue, foosball, pétanque, or ping-pong. This single-story house is fully accessible for guests with reduced mobility and features an open kitchen and spacious living area. A true 6-person spa offers a unique view of the vineyards. The modern, comfortable home has quality bedding and reversible air conditioning, allowing you to control the temperature in each room. The south-facing terrace has a large table under a pergola. Open-air markets with local producers take place on Wednesdays in Grisolles, Thursdays in Fronton, and Saturdays in Grenade. Everything is included: full bed linens, bath and hand towels, spa robes, bath mats, kitchen towels, sponge, dish soap, tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, paper towels, and toilet paper. Included: year-round heated spa, heating or air conditioning. Cleaning is also included in your booking. Please leave the property in good condition when you depart!
