Gîte de Gabi (3 bedrooms, sleeps 6) is nestled in the heart of the large Fronton vineyard, 4.5 km from Fronton town center, the wine syndicate, and many shops. Its strategic location between Toulouse and Montauban allows you to explore two beautiful southwestern cities, full of sights and activities. Enjoy walks through the vineyards or woods, relax on the terrace with the barbecue, and share fun moments with family playing table football, pétanque, or table tennis. The property is fully fenced. The detached, single-story house features an open kitchen and a spacious living area. A real 6-person spa offers a unique view of the vineyards. There is a large bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, plus a separate toilet. The modern, comfortable home is equipped with quality bedding and ducted air conditioning, letting you control the temperature in each room. The south-facing terrace has a large table under a pergola, a barbecue, and a plancha. You’ll also find a garden lounge and sun loungers. Open-air markets with many local producers take place Wednesday in Grisolles, Thursday in Fronton, and Saturday in Grenade. Everything is included: full bed linen, bath and hand towels, bathrobes for the jacuzzi, bath mat, tea towels, hand towel, sponge, dish soap, tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, paper towels, and toilet paper.
